SAFE, a fully-customizable, online office self-assessment tool for employees, makes the process of performing ergonomic evaluations more efficient. The system gives each employee the capability of performing an online, self-evaluation and the ability to utilize the resulting recommendations to ergonomically setup up their workstations. The recommendations are fully customizable to individual sites or workstation types and can include postural changes, equipment, links to procurement/purchasing, vendor websites, videos on equipment step up and usage (e.g., how to adjust chairs), etc.
SAFE generates reports that track the effectiveness of solutions and overall program status and effectiveness.
