- Evaluate indoor space for the presence of internal and external sources of air contaminants that may be problematic.
- Perform a full range of air or surface sampling within affected areas
to both determine the extent of potential contamination and evaluate the
effectiveness of remediation. Samplings include:
- Mold, bacteria, and other airborne allergens;
- Chemicals using OSHA and NIOSH methods; and
- Temperature, relative humidity, and ventilation performance.
- Provide follow-up services ranging from clearance sampling (in the case of biological contamination projects) to training and education of industrial clients.
- Identify the simplest and most expedient remediation that properly and safely provides a solution. We focus on what the underlying cause of the IAQ problem is (e.g. fungal growth from water accumulation) and determine how to prevent future contamination.
- Provide written recommendations to eliminate sources of contamination.
- Develop remediation plans based on investigation findings for use by cleaning and restoration professionals.
