Reward Programs
We believe in sharing our success with those who help to make it happen. EORM has a variety of programs to reward outstanding performance. Dependent on the employee’s role at EORM, there are opportunities to participate in one or more of the following plans:
Stock Option Plan: Employees may receive stock options upon hire and at significant milestones. An employee who receives a stock option has the right to purchase a certain amount of EORM stock at a set price during a specified time in the future.
End of Year Bonus: This is a discretionary program ties employee rewards directly to EORM’s financial performance. During profitable years all regular employees may be eligible to receive a cash bonus based on corporate pre-tax profits.
Bonus Programs: EORM maintains variable pay programs for key staff based on position. Payouts are based on a combination of factors such as employee performance against preset goals and regional or company financial performance.
